Don't get me wrong, it can work for some. It was just something i cut back on and got results from doing so. (I'm by no means anti-egg yolk -- it's extremely nutritious and beneficial in moderation.)

Plain with a hard-boiled egg, a tomato, a slice of brown bread, and a bunch of black olives on the side. That's my pre-bed shizzle about 3-4 nights per week. :)
I guess people who have trouble stomaching much food shouldn't back a lot of water while eating because they'll feel bloated and find it even harder to finish their meal.
Interesting. I do about 12-15 for legs, chest, back, and shoulders. Biceps i do about 6-8, and triceps i do about 8-10. Rep range is usually around 8-12. I recover quite quickly come to think of it....
