Mirin. It's a rest day and feeling beat after lifting/bjj hard all week. Making 5lb of ribeye roast and some mashed potatoes/gravy on the side.

Rest for a bit, then elbow sleeve while doing lots of isometric and slow eccentric curl exercises worked for me.
Documentaries - the new one about the Murdaugh murders on Netflix is pretty good. I think the one HBO did is better though if you haven't watched that yet.
