splenda, and other artifical sweetners such as asparatame have been known to cause brain problems........ and no, i am not ****ting you. you would be better of eating regular sweetners.

squats and deads are the way to go, if your looking for something fancy schmancy try calf raises (on a staircase) with jumpsoles. i find those (calf raises w/ j'soles) to be very effective as well.
