Hey guys, been a while since ive posted but wrestling season is about a month away and i was looking for something to give me a little push in terms of cutting.

Im cutting from 190ish to 174 this...

the increased anabolism from the bioforge will do that if you dont amp up your calories. If you dont increase your caloric intake youll lose weight with bioforge, i know that much. esp if you cut...

the 1,3-dimethylamylamine has some appetitie suppressing effects IIRC so that might contribute to some leaning....

op if youre going to take the fat out you might as well not even eat it.
