well yeah it will if you go from 3kcals to 1.2kcals. if regressed in a 2 to 3 month period im sure it will work out good. think about the body as being blind. it cant see whats coming next, it...
if you took a basic biology class in college you would learn that the body dosnt work like that... think about it... it will take fat and not muscle. UNLESS YOU HAVE NO FAT LEFT! or super low fat...
id say your ready to play with steroids not stupid pro hormones... your pretty seasoned so i would recommend some Var if you have 300$ laying around. youll only need one cycle and its the safest...
if you have body fat you really dont need to eat more then 1200cals. your body will pull cals from your fat... just eat most of your cals before you work out.
can a muscle completely waste away? what about after 6 months of non-use?

it felt like a strain so i did very light weight (10lb presses) for 4 months. i later noticed that my chest atrophied ALOT! *just on my hurt side....
