I am 6'3 and I have always had a hard time doing regular deads with out rounding my back. It seems impossible to get in a good lift with good form because of my height. Any suggestions?
How tall are u to begin with? I am 6 ft 3 and I have to bend over quite a bit to get in a good squat. Try growing a few inches and maybe you'll see the difference.
