    Meaning a serving is actually 1.25 or 1.5 of a scoop = 1280/2 = 640 calories

    the heaping probably means .25 to .5 more

    I usually eat my other foods it gets too think...

    I take 1 serving in the morning 1 before workout 1 after workout and before dinner.
    Each serving is 3 caps. So thats about 12 Caps a day.
