well dont think of it like this exercise depends on how much i bend my knees, the knees bend as sort of a consequence of pushing your ass back you know? if you have a video that would really help....
it's all personal i'd say but i couldn't really put a degree on it. i would just say a little bit, you don't want your knees completely stiff but you aren't squatting it either, you shouldnt really...
you are probably just bending forward and not pushing your ass back. also your knees should bend a litle bit otherwise, like i said, youll just be bending forward and your leverages will be way off...
awesome lifting, that 705 squat was intense.
