If he actually lives in NOVA then it doesn't matter. 200k isn't great there. I am on poverty time 120k/year in VA Beach and it's tough down here. I couldn't imagine trying to live in NOVA/DC.

I've only rock climbed a couple of times indoors but that chit is hard. I want to start going regularly - it's really fun. Always done auto belay though - need to find out how to do the other routes.
