for pre workout I use c4 extreme
for post workout I take muscle milk (christmas present) but im looking into gettin ON 100% whey.
vitamins i take fish oil, vitamin c, zinc, and vitamin b...
IMO you should do both, mix it up every once in a while and keep your body guessing. but i would primarily stick to barbell bench but thats just my personal opinion.

you know when you see that guy in the gym that benches 300, squats 500, and deadlifts 400? yeah, well how did he get there? hard ****in work. and thats what its gonna take for you to get there too....
