    I believe if you pull it colder to your navel or hips it works out more of lower lats and if you pull more towards upper abdominal/below chest it work out more upper back:traps. I'm not too sure...

    Converse are awesome for squats, deads, and helps...

    Converse are awesome for squats, deads, and helps with balance and grip. Used to use vans but with converse I just feel better lifting.

    About 2hrs -train with partner -10min warmup...

    About 2hrs

    -train with partner
    -10min warmup beginning
    -train 2 muscle groups
    -rest in between sets
    -rest a Lil in between exercises
    -two 5min bathroom breaks lol
