I've found the same thing. Simply not economical to buy a bench, then have it cut etc, and I don't trust my own skills with that either. Guess I'll keep searching. I really with Valor had a better...
This. Maybe 19%, but the lack of muscle mass makes you look closer to 20%
Thanks man. I'll give him a call, and see if it's still available, check on floor to pad height, and if he would be willing to hold it for me.
I'm going to be in Smyrna TN next week for work, and I was hoping to take advantage of the larger used equipment market in the Nashville/Murfreeboro area while I'm there, as I'm not having any luck...
Damn, you beat me too it. I was just about to post. Strong WTF!!!
Well, my first pair of Versa Gripps "classics", were bought before there was a "Pro" version, lasted me about 8 years before I lost one..LOL. I mean they looked like hell, but still completely...
I owned the classics before, and lost one in a gym a couple of years ago. When replacing them, I bought the pro version. IMHO, they feel a bit more bulky, and much harder to loosen up the palm pad....
Get the large. I'm kind of on the edge of medium and large, but the way they are designed, they wrap better with the extra material rather than not enough.
Oh, and just get the "classic" version....
I'll give Rick a call, but with shipping costs what they are right now, I'd be very surprised if they can ship it for $50.
I prefer nylon dip belts over leather. They just feel more comfortable. After having several dip belts, my favorite has been this APT belt:

I've used straps, hooks, and Versa Gripps in my quest to build strength beyond what my current grip is capable of. For those who say you shouldnt bother using a weight that you can't grip, I say BS....
OK. That will probably move it out of my price range for a flat bench. Really trying to keep it under $225.
Thanks man. That would be great. Anything 16" or shorter would be great.
Looks good. What was your shipped quote, if you don't mind me asking?
Bump. Any other suggestions?
OP activity is strong in this thread. For the OP (if lurking) and anyone else experiencing something similar, the the thoughts and emotions you are experiencing most likely have nothing to do with...
Yeah, okay x2. What does being a teenager have to do with not lifting weights? Lifting weights could play a vital role in how fast you burn fat, and what your body will look like after you lose it.
Figured I'd bump this thread, since I'm still looking for a 16" or lower bench. I'm wondering if there are any good, reasonably priced, light commercial benches that are 16" that I can order online....
Maybe. Did you do the calculation your self? If so, with which formula? If you used a TDEE calculator, which one did you use?
How did you calculate your body fat? If you are a woman, then you...
Ugh. You have no idea how ignorant that statement is. Here are the most significant problems with an 800 calorie diet. At 800 calories, it becomes very difficult to meet your macros. Meeting macros...
What calculator are you using? You may want to try 2 or 3 of them. They often use different formulas. You want one that uses Katch-McCardle.
