Yup 3 days.. It will lower testosterone slightly, and raise estrogen.. the impact isnt that significant on hormone levels to worry. But protein synthesis is the main concern..

Protein synthesis is required for a postive nitrogen balance ie.... muscle repair. If you work out (damaging fibers) and are unable to repair them then you lose muscle. Maybee not literally. But......

both are wrong.. actually it slows protein synthesis for 3 days. So you will lose muscle mass and gain fat from excess calories and carbs, especially if you are drinking at night.
