    I get that every once in a while. Usually time to take a day or 2 off in my case. Also for me, sometimes the preacher bench can give me elbow pain. Especially when I first started.

    Hanging leg lifts is most definetly upper abs. Look at the exercise itself. Something more like lying on your back and doing leg lifts, or flutter kicks, would be more aimed your lower abs.
