yeh i think you mean standing dumbell flys (thats wot i call em anyway) you could perform variations on the pushup...incline/decline working different areas of the chest. tricep dips can be done...
just look at athletics, America rules sprinting and most other world athletics
i go for bananas, real good.. especially post workout
