I'm not afraid to say I just lack the necessary discipline/diligence.

I think I was dealt a very good hand...very fortunate here and blessed with opportunity.

Homework is like pulling teeth for me though. Has been since highschool.

True but I wouldn't say I'm a leech...I volunteer regularly to do community service and I should be hearing from Big Brothers soon to match me with a kid.



They are paying for my education but...

Sylvan apparently has a "study skills" program. I don't really need tutoring for any specific subject yet...I think I just have to learn how to be academically disciplined...in other words I need to...

What if they find out I was a student.

It'd be pretty obvious what I was hiding.

Does not one person here have experience with being a complete academic failure their first yr in college?

Research papers, a rhetorical analysis, book report etc...

It took little effort to get those As and Bs...like I said just testing well and participating in class...

BUT AS SOON AS the big end-of-the-term papers were due I was gone gone gone.

Just gettin good test grades...

I have no problem learning in class...

It's all the outside of class responsibilities I make no effort at.

Anyone else like this?

Alright I didn't mean to lash out w/ the "Dum Fuk" remark...

I'm tryin to see if anyone has ever been in this situation and had the slate wiped clean somehow...

I'm actually goin to Sylvan...

I don't pass cuz I hate school/studying/hw not because I'm straight stupid...although I guess you could say someone who goes to college but refuses to do hw is stupid.

If I call a member a name or...

I failed cuz I didn't go...and because I can't stand homework.

I had As and Bs until the last few weeks when I quit.
