    do not put plates under your heels the squat because this is just going to damage your knee , just work on your flexibility and htis should help.... not instantly but you will get there in time.

    1- yes there is you have to choose between doing meidail delt exersise or trap exersise also you traps get hit hard in the deads and dead variainats so when i was dealifting i wasn't doing shrugs....

    the chest is not a large muscle medium size at best i would say the shoulder are bigger muscles .

    any way back it a hell of alot bigger the chest yet you have put them at the same level.
