I always get really hungry right before I goto bed. I try to avoid high carbs before going to bed. So does anybody know any foods that would be good to eat before going to bed? I sometimes eat...

I will try letting it sit a little longer and/or mixing it in my gal of water for working out...

This is some of the worst tasting stuff I have ever had... and I have had some nasty stuff!.. oh well.. and they were not joking about the mixing... This and the GlycerGrow do not mix at...

But is a EC or ECY stack better than other company fat burning suppliments? Or is there a suppliment out there that is better than the EC/Y stack?
