    Meal timing is relevant and carbs do have to do with fat loss. Complex carbs have more fiber and move through your system slower to be used as energy.

    Well the diet was 1.5g of protein per pound of lean body mass. I reduced carbohydrates by 8-10% every week. So at the end of it it was very low carb. And of course some healthy fats.

    Some times I would go all out. 6 days a week for 45 min. But I was pretty tired from the calorie deficit ;)
