    Just a small update...was under the weather for a few weeks...just started back in the gym this week...will give a pic update in a week or so after muscle memory kicks in a little :-)

    I've been bulking for about three weeks...

    I've been bulking for about three weeks now...I've gained about 8lbs...my bodyfat percentage seems to be staying around the same range...also judging from the pics I'd even say it might have gone...
