    Back is feeling better, staying away from deads but still felt a little back soreness in the same spot that gets sore from deads. Once I get a job, I'm going for a massage and an adjustment. :)

    Took Sunday the 25th off My legs were so sore that I could barely touch them. I learned a valuable lesson. Don't neglect squats for over 2-3 months. lol
