Yea as you get older it gets more common to see the people you know and love depart. I lost my mother, both grandmothers, my aunt and three cousins (in their 40's) in the span of 3 years (2016-2019).

Well I didn't mean to say air squats, what I meant was 20 reps of heavy squats (10rm).

But won't squats make you stronger for soccer?

Would a super squat type program (20 rep breathing squats) be good for soccer? Or do you guys think something of that volume would be overkill?
