Eating in a calorie deficit helps but that doesn't mean you can go eat 5bars of chocolate to fit your goals. You still have to eat clean and be smart about it.
Not sure if it's the law but it's pretty much the same for all gyms say some kid who's like 13 years old goes in and does bench press to high he could quite easily kill himself...
It will only burn around 200-300 calories per weight lifting session but overall throughout the day it will be much greater due to the body needing to repair itself
Because you're skinny you need to pack on some mass just look at African children they have huge guts. My mate has the same thing lol he's only like 110lbs but he does a shed load of running
