    as others have said it can be done, however i wouldnt reccomend deadlifting HEAVY twice a week...

    definately reduce the volume and/or the weight!

    just work on filling your chest out and with time it will come, you cannot isolate different parts of the chest with different exercises except for the upper chets...

    you could also rotate it with an incline press which would give you a more balanced chest.

    so eg... incline bench, flat dumbell... then ur isolation work like...
