start with your feet closer together, if you were going to jump as high as you could in the air, where would your feet placement be... something to think about!(it puts more power to the floor)

no, i wouldnt worry about cutting weight, especially if it is your first meet/comp... just go and set a total to beat next time... there will be enough to think about come meet time let alone...
hate to be the bearer of bad news but there is no lower chest, there are two chest muscles, pectoralis minor and major, the minor obviously being the upper smaller area of the chest which is worked...
doesnt matter how mnay sets or reps you do as long as you stress the muscle enough for it to grow and feed it adequately with food and time to repair(rest) it will grow
does this include warm ups done on treadmills, bikes, rowers and peice of cardio equipment too!? or does it apply for just findind your form and getting a feel a for the lift before you perform it?
just work on filling your chest out and with time it will come, you cannot isolate different parts of the chest with different exercises except for the upper chets...
what is your problem, ive said they have their place, sure people get good gains off them but compared them to the real thing which we arent allowed to talk about in here and it becomes a completely...
