- train legs
- eat almonds/peanuts
unless you can squat heavy 2 days after deadlifts, i suggest you switch chest/triceps with back/biceps. but then again you're on a cut...

why does everyone seperate deadlifts and squats just because the second exercise will suffer? i don't see people making that argument when performing the bench press and the incline bench press on...

I'm no expert but wouldn't it be more beneficial to do heavy/light/heavy/light rather than going heavy 2 consecutive days?
