Lost 4 Lbs Lean body mass

Rest of weight is fat

Waist hovering around 32ish

Since the start date its been 2 weeks and 3 days, here is my progress!

Lost 16 Pounds and 2 1/2 inches on my waist, strength is remaining the same or has increased depending on lift!
