    Back when I could only do 3-4, i would do sets of 3. Only 3 or 4 sets. I noticed a big improvement fast. IMO doing pullups is that fastest way to be better.

    Of course you can, but depending on your fitness level you might over-train.

    Plus that is a lot of time. P90x is an hour a day I believe, plus how ever much more working out you do.
