hey guys...just wondering...i dont bother to load my creatine monohydrate...but on off days when should i take it...ive always toyed w/this...i just do 5 grams a day post work out...so what do u guys...
well tonite...back to the origional plan...the gym was packed and no free bars to to tbar rows or anything, so i did chest as i had planned earlier....not a bad work out...6 sets of db...
feeling a bit of DOMS...occasionally a sharp bit of pain in my quads...so im keeping heat on them from the shower, and trying to stretch and massage them...back 2nite!
today i will be doing some back work...i switched it w/chest and will be hitting chest on the day i was doing back...Tbar rows, pull ups, and prob some lat pull downs or 1 arm db rows to finish it...
wow...that leg work out is brutal...but i love it...legs r my fav body part to train...and after a lay off, im already feeling it! ill be going again on thurs...i was planning on starting...
