yea wat he said... u got to have good form on the lat pulldowns... its not all about the weight... just do them slow.. get in about 10 reps with good form.. trust me.. ull see a huge difference....
yea i kinda kno wat ur talking about... only reason ur going up weight is becuz ur doing the most u can for 1 rep everytime... and everytime ur added on more, so that makes ur lighter reps easier.....
dude i have that same exact prob... ***king insomnia! lol i sleep about 5 hrs at night.. and come home from school and get like another 2-3... sucks trying to sleep when all u can do is think... but...
