To be honest my week started off bad last friday, I was away from the home until sunday night. Sadly with no exercise and bad eating habits I gained 6 pounds in that time frame (366).
Ok so I finally listened to all the websites (along with you guy's) that have been telling me to increase my calorie intake. Well i did it yesterday and boy am I hungry this morning.
I'm with the both of you I actually up'd my calorie intake too 2360 with 6 hours of cardio each week and Turning up the volume on some weights starting tomorrow.
