    They sure do. I've been consistently increasing cals since my show in late October, I think it's about time for a short 6-8 week'er. All about consistency :P.

    As opposed to back squats? I actually haven't been having any real issues with either. I've been really working on form and that's helped a lot, even with doing all back squats beltless.
