Don't see what the problem would be if blended. It's the same way as ingesting fine oats..I have oats in my shake every day.
They're only baseline. If you're gaining 1 KG per month @ 2,700; stick to that as it's ideal for you until you stall then increase your calories slowly accordingly.
You have to start somewhere..Given your status I'd start at 2,700 calories and aim for ~2 KG gain a month (Take a weekly average, and if you're gaining 0.5kg per week then stick to it, if you're...
If you've got specific requirements, just go by that.
You can add honey, olive oil, coconut milk/almond milk/water, bananas, strawberries, oats, and ice cream.

Are you here to ask for advice or argue the ones given to you?
There's no 'Clean' food. There's protein, carbs, and fat. Eat the right intake/ratios and you'll get where you want, simple as that.
Consult your doctor, and I'd suggest decreasing your sodium intake (If you're having too much), as well as, increasing your water intake.
What's your activity level?
What's your current caloric intake?
3,700 sounds too high, 250g of protein is relatively high as well (Not needed - unless you prefer so)

Ladies and gentlemen, he strikes again! Pure talent.
OP, you're in trouble.
Give it another week, plus, if your lifts are going up, then that's consistent progress, stick with it.
Don't blame IIFYM for your inaccurate scale of misconception of how IIFYM works..
- Don't use these scales, they're inaccurate
- How is 0.1 KG considered a bulk?
- Don't use ratios and use grams...
I tend to disagree with this part, consistency plays a role here, if you're eating specific calories daily and then you binge a day or two, then it will affect body composition, however, if you're...
I guess he's got time on his hands....
Question is, why eat 1,500 calories from Oreos? I guess we'll never know.
Even better OP, take your Oreos to a lab, have them test you as you eat it and...
