I realize this thread is ancient. I want to bake around 5lbs of chicken a week (all at once). Can I still measure out 25grams of protein using public calorie count websites?
I see a lot of people have tuna, I'm assuming its the canned one. I once ate 2-3 cans of tuna everyday for 3 months, I pretty much cant stand the sight of it now. Good Stuff though
you just contradicted yourself, unless you are fat that is.... seem to be pretty nonchalant with the word "homo", perhaps you are describing your own sexual preference?
