I dont know how big of a difference you have but I had same problem but over the years it got smaller. I trained normally just when I do bechpress I put more stress on smaller side.
It's ok for your height and weight. But if you want them bigger you have to gain weight. And to gain weight and arm size you have to eat. EAT EAT EAT !!!
If you want to loose fat you have to diet. Diet and cardio. Not working out. There is nothing to it.
