I think the overall height is taking the additional height of the pull up bar into consideration...the uprights might get you to the clearance you need. You may just be able to drill some lower...

Gotcha- space constraints would be the only reason that I'd consider getting a rack w/ a lat attachment over a standalone. Have you measured our your space to see what you can/cannot potentially fit?
Most people here will tell you a lat attachment for a rack is not optimal. If you're dead set on one though, contact Fitness Factory and see what they'll sell you the Body Solid rack w/ the lat...
For $50, that'd be a good pickup- but check the height on the bench, as many FID benches that take attachments, which that looks like it does, are on the taller side. For some people this isn't a...
