    2 day split works fine. I would do one day chest / shoulders / triceps and one day Legs / back / biceps. Just be sure to do compounds, and you can progress greatly in strength with lots of rest days

    do a strength routine and get ur lifts up. and get 1.5g protein / bw, not 3g. You can still do cardio, but limit it to max 2 times a week, and remember to eat an extra meal the days u may do cardio.
