Just work on ur flexibility. I cant touch my toes. While standing, beesides for DL you are supposed to bend down..... but for regular shoulder width is best
mine is open 7-6 sat 10-4 sundays but its fine i go mon-fri with no problems
my back training is in the 20set range, 8 of those are in super sets and tempos..... needless to say after that my back is pretty well destroyed
