Yeah I can vouch for the same thing. When I don't go too heavy with deadlifts, my back actually feels a lot better! but very nice, i guess form is super important..

Thanks for the insightful response... it was relatively light weights but maybe my form was off? I don't know but I really liked how the movement felt and the burn in my legs the next day but perhaps...
I'm a college student and I want to join my university's powerlifting team. I absolutely love squatting and deadlifting and no lift can compare to how much i enjoy doing those.
