    4 months away from being 16... but face still has no pimples. I do get one or two once in awhile and it would disappear the next few days.

    for strength training, do you use a weight that you can only do for the optimal 4-6 reps? What if you can do, say like 2 more reps, wouldn't that be in the bulking rep range?
