I found out from my doc that can weight lift again after having that right knee problems. I'm so happy. I feel less of a man without weight lifting. I'm just so glad. :)
Well I go to gym with my class I would be very tired, then when I do either bench press or Deadlift I would then be wide away as if I had a gallon of coffee. Maybe its the testosterone waking people...
I went to the doctor about my knee, I forgot what she said but she told me that I can't Squat or Deadlift till June, I'm heading back to the doc around mid May, ****. I guess I can work on my bench...
I have been having knee pains for a few monthes, Now I made it worst when I was lifting up 275lbs on deadlifts. The pain is on my right side of my knee. (Right knee) I'm heading to the doc tommorow...
