    I think this is what happened to me when I hurt my lower back. I started going ATG and I'm guessing lower back rounded at the bottom. Really has slowed me down on squats deads and bent over rows.

    I do 2 or 3 sets of 5 to warmup squat, deads, bench, press and bent over row.

    I bench 60 so I do 20x5 30x5 40x5 then on to the worksets. Feels enough for me.

    I've been resting around 2 minutes on the 5x5s, but now the weight is getting heavier I'm having to rest longer.
