I play for SFU, cant wait!

We did 3 sets in the shuttle with 3 minutes of rest inbetween, so i was sort of saving myself. My first time was 61, then 64 then 65.

So its my first year in university and our testing just finished, this is how I did.


40 time - 4.86
Shuttle - 4.6
Vert - 26
Broad jump - 9' 7''
power clean - 285 lbs
225 bench test...

That was an awesome video, i even learned a few things technique wise watching it, what are your stats like, squat, bench 40 time, etc?

No anyone can join the team but its usually only the good players that get to play. It's just a summer football league that a lot of kids play because the highschool programs arent very good.

Yea, some games are on local t.v stations, the players are usually the best highschool players from each city.
