I think their paid healthcare is better than the NHS but if your poor your screwed. Also you can choose to pay for healthcare in the UK and if you do that shts on the NHS and the American system.
different folks different strokes. Some people do care about curls, the same way some care about squats and deadlifts. Personally I'm more interested in the big three but yeah.
Back day. The heavier you go the more you will feel it in your legs though so I try and separate leg and back day with a day of rest (don't want to do squats and deadlifts on consecutive days either)
I'm pretty sure there's a standard CD-Rom which almost everybody uses. You're kinda silly for not revising earlier seeing as you will have to pay again if you fail
