Pardon my incompetence...but is it possible to gain muscle mass/lose fat at the same time whilst on a keto diet, providing the cals are relatively close to maintenance?
everyone slows me down...plus they bring down the intensity alot in my workouts i find....when im in a workout im like in the zone...totally focused (and therefore totally antisocial)
and to look good and be healthy as well...but originally it was to look good...then i realized how healthy it made me so that was cool...and now that im stronger...
