of course a good diet is a must and most important and i am on a very strict clean diet. But i think p90x wouldnt be a bad idea for someone who wants to cut some body fat and gain some lean mass..

anyone know if there is any negative or dangerous side effects if you drink or smoke cigs while taking this stack?? Of course i know ideally you shouldn't but IF you happen to slip?
im pretty sure im over 10% and i have no abs showing..haha as far as my diet all i eat is lean meats and fish thats all..training i work out Mon. Wed. Fri.
yea all my fat pretty much goes to my gut im pretty skinny everywhere else. Im 6'0 and weigh about 173 with sweats and and shirt on... I think im gonna do the v-diet and the hit cardio 4times a week...
I agree I know I should probably bulk and do a good workout but i just hate my gut that i just want to lose the fat I have..I might just cut for like 2-3 weeks maybe and then bulk real heavy
