not to get to personal, but did you ever take Pro Hormones or any other Test improver in the past? And why would at 17 have your test levels checked? Thats not a normal blood test unless its asked...
Use Powered Gatorade, not the liquid. It has more dextrose by volume. Just add th e Creatine and powered Gatorade in a glass and mix in water.

I was wondering if you should take it again during the day, or is once enough?
If taken in the Early AM ( 4:30 ) Does it last the day or is another 10mg usefull mid-day?
I take it 30 minutes before the Gym. ( 10mg )
Hence, taking NSAIDS will likely slow the process of muscle building correct?

My Doc has recommended I take Ibuprofen ( NSAID ) every morning to combat swelling of my knee from which I get from work. ( Auto Tech for 25 Years )

Thunder is CEE so both would be overkill I would think. If both are desired, take Thunder on your work out days and bulk CEE on non workout days.
Just something to think about with AA supplementing if you have certain gene variants...

Its been asked if you do a intense arobic exercise will you burn glucose in your body ( sugars ) or fat for energy?

Nothing wrong with trying new things, but nothing will replace Oats. It's a staple in Nutrition and BB'ing.

I would take it after so not to get a big pump in the legs, hindering your cardio.
As for the Ephedrine, Im not much a fan of it so I couldn't comment on taking it.
I take my Bulk CEE on wakeup ( 6:30 ) Then 8 Thunders 30 minutes before gym. On off days I just take the Wakeup Bulk CEE.
In your case when you work out in the AM, swap the CEE for the Thunder....
I currently take Bulk CEE on all days on wake up ( 6:00 AM ) and take 8 caps of THUNDER 30 mins before Gym . Pre Shake is 1 hour before Gym w/oats
