i'm doing about 1500-1800 calories in a day, on an aggressive cut. my daily goal is 1800, so i try to get in that range.

when i wasn't counting calories, i was under eating by almost 800 calories and put my body into starvation mode and didnt lose a pound for weeks. now that i am counting calories, i am losing fat...
