Golds Ballston is pretty good. I think the one in Balley Crossroads is the best. In DC, Golds Van Ness is the only bodybuilding gym left in the city.

I'm in DC. Golds Van Ness. Lift around 6 pm, 1 bodypart per day, no talking, no cell phone checking, just lift and go.
