i completely agree with you, i forgot to mention that my daily caloric consumption is 2500, which is 300 kcal bellow maintance since
i dont want to lose fast. (high protein and low fat diet )

from this week i added 3 cardio sessions (used to do none) + 4 weightlifting (like always) per week
now : bf ~16 % 90 kg (may )
goal : bf ~12% (hope by august )...
personally summer is for dat mediteranean time.
