I like cashews and almonds better alone. Peanut butter is just sooo yummy, the texture and flavor is different. Nuts are easier portion control for me though, I tend to go overboard on the peanut...

I suppose, since it is mostly unsaturated fat. But, the flavor difference is very apparent.

I've done this for the past two weeks and I've actually dropped scale weight. Lots of energy, great workouts. But occasionally, felt kinda yucky because I was eating like trash (mental mainly)

I eat some sort of candy every day. It hasn't made me fat or 'slowed my gains'

It keeps me sane, I love candy. And chocolate, its usually chocolate. MILK CHOCOLATE! =)
